Use your Hamilton Beach Juicer to create this refreshing summer sauce.
Lemon-Lime Sauce
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp. lemon rind finely grated
1/4 tsp. lime rind
3 tsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
3 tsp. lime juice freshly squeezed
Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste.
Chill. Makes about 2/3 cup.
