Hamilton Beach® Commercial's Summit® with Auto BlendOne-Touch Sensor Blending and Pre-Programming Technologies Take Guesswork Out of Blending FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE With one touch, the patent-pending auto-blend technology senses when the perfect creamy drink profile has been reached and shuts off. The sensors also detect cavitation and alert the operator after stopping the mix. With hundreds of pre-programmed cycles, an entire menu can be stored on each blender and accessed in seconds. When a menu changes, simply update with new programs on one blender or a whole chain’s worth through a USB port using any USB jump drive. Data on drink totals can be displayed per day, week or month. The high-performance Summit® blender is equipped with the Wave~Action® system, which produces a uniform mix from top to bottom by continuously pulling the contents down into the blades. This blender is built for durability. It features a 3-horsepower motor with an all-metal coupling, a jar-pad sensor that shuts the motor down when the container is not in place (reducing the “wear and tear” of misuse), dual fans to keep the motor cool during heavy use, and a unique airflow baffle that lets the cool air in while keeping the water out. This durability is backed by a 2-year (or 20,000 cycle) warranty. Additional features include a stackable 64-ounce container, easy-to-clean membrane controls, Quiet-Shield™ sound enclosure and either countertop or built-in configurations.
