Additionally, the double insulation of the hopper allows the ice to melt at a slower rate so busy bars can focus on customers, not refilling the ice. Sensor technology helps establishments maintain proper operation of the Revolution™ at all times. A hopper sensor prevents operation when the lid is not in place and a drain sensor indicates if water is backed up into the drain to avoid water backup. “We did extensive research on how bars and restaurants use shaver blenders and what features they like and dislike in competitive models.
